After the purchase you will be redirected to a confirmation page. You will receive the Zoom meeting link on the day of the session (2 hours before starting), provided the minimum number of participants is met. In case of not reaching the minimum number of participants, Carmen will offer an alternative form of coaching to the registered participants. Participants will be contacted in advance by email for dates and modalities. You will have the option to get a refund, book a private session or choose another Masterclass. If you do not notify no later than 72 hours before the session about your cancellation, you will not be refunded and you won’t be able to choose another Masterclass, but you can book a private session by paying the difference. In case the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified via email no later than 10 AM CET on the day of the event. You will have the option to get a refund, book a private session or choose another Masterclass.
